Our Planning Applications vary to cover all sorts of schemes. From schemes as small as a room in a garden, to extensions, loft conversions, Permitted Developments applications as well as medium size and major planning schemes of 25+ units. We work closely with developers, home owners planers and local authorities to assure that the schemes are designed to the satisfaction of all parties. Moreover, we have our in-house team to prepare all needed reports such as Light Study, Basement Management Plan, Viability Assessments, Transport Reports in addition to Design and Access Statements.
